Msgr. Dunn

Msgr. Dunn was born December 10, 1916 in Tiffin, Ohio, to John and Ethel Culhane Dunn.  One of three sons, Monsignor was a graduate of Calvert High School and Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.  He was ordained on June 1943.  Monsignor’s Parish assignments have included
 St. Rose – Lima, Blessed Sacrament – Toledo, St. Peter’s – Mansfield and St. Mary – Clyde.  In addition, Monsignor was principal of St. Peter’s High School 1973-74 and served as Dean of Mansfield Deanery while Pastor at St. Peter from 1969 until 1984.  In retirement, Monsignor Dunn continues to assist at
St. Joseph Parish in Tiffin and, at the invitation of Fr. Tony Borgia, has participated routinely in the celebration of Mass here at St. Peter.  He also continues to support the Foundation bearing his name at speaking engagements and presentations on behalf of its work.  (He’s even been spotted at Spartan Field!)
